This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
How we use collected information
The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.

Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

The School has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Notice to Parents
Parents or guardians: we want to help you guard your children's privacy. We encourage you to talk to your children about safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the Internet.
The Soulstruck Republic site does not publish content that is targeted to children. However, if you are concerned about your children providing Soulstruck Republic any personal information without your consent, Soulstruck Republic offers a Kids account. It allows parents to give parental consent for the collection, use and sharing of children’s (ages 12 and under) personal information online.
Enforcement
If for some reason you believe Soulstruck Republic has not adhered to these principles, please notify us at [email protected], and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words Privacy Policy are in the Subject line.
Electronic Product Registration
When you buy and install a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask you to do so. This ensures that only you can access your information.
Social Media Features & Framed pages
Our services include certain social media features, widgets, single sign on software, such as the Facebook Connect, Google Sign In, LinkedIn, the Facebook like button, the “share this” button or other interactive mini-programs (“social media features”) these social media features may collect information such as your IP address or which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable them to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our services. Your interactions with these third parties’ social media features are governed by their policies and not ours.
